Non-judgement zone, lots of self-love energy, Black light, so have fun with your clothes to dance in.
The class is beginner friendly, so don't be shy. We're going to get a Lil sexy, but we're also going to get a Lil RATCHET. We will also do a lot of free flow dance, so please come and enjoy. Don't second guess yourself ;) Self-love is everything, and movement is life. See you there!
